Job Description:
- Develop macro understanding of ACS / HBS / GBO organization
- Develop stakeholder relationships to seek inputs on GBO specific priorities for the AOP year / Strategic objectives
- Develop understanding of key departmental / functional processes, metrics & priorities
- Proactively use official channels / forums to build networks with key customers & other team members 0 Under 20%
- Active involvement over assigned deliverables within target timelines
- Proactive involvement on additional projects as assigned
- Demonstrate cross team relationship building to seek training inputs on multi skill/domain capabilities (min 1 in a quarter)
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Graduation / Engineering from a pedigree institution
- Consistent academic credentials of min 70% grades
- Knowledge and skills (general and technical) Strong analytical skills
- Ability to understand macro and micro picture to derive conclusions
- Proactive mindset to initiate actions
- Ability to forge and leverage professional relationships
- Ability to demonstrate continuous learning
- Openness to receiving feedback, coaching for continuous self development
- Other requirements (licenses, certifications, specialized training, physical or mental abilities required)
- Proficiency in English (written and verbal), other local language required as applicable
