Job Description:
- Role: Associate/Sr Associate Technical Support(U1 & U2)
- Any Graduate (Including BE/BTECH/MCA/Diploma (3yrs) with Excellent English with Service Desk/Technical support/IT Helpdesk knowledge (e.g MS Office troubleshooting/ Basic Application Support / User Access Management/Password Reset/Remote Desktop Support/Working knowledge in Remedy (desirable)- Service Desk Support - 0 to 5 yrs))
- Shift Timings 24*7 (including night shift) for all processes with mostly in night shift
