Job Description:
- Function Deloitte Support Services India Pvt Ltd.
- Service line Global Knowledge Services ‑ Knowledge Management Product Support Function
- KMS-Business Support Exchange (BSX) Job level
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to practitioner requests for information, but meeting stipulated service-level agreement
- Use Microsoft Outlook receive and respond to practitioner queries
- Search internal intellectual property databases to address requests
- Maintain a working knowledge of industry, services areas, functions, methods, and tools
- Manage service requests from origination to completion
- Record service requests, correspondence, and resolution in a call management system
- Follow standard escalation process to resolve issues
- Use of tools like Deloitte OnLine and other Deloitte standard tools for smooth functioning
- Participate in knowledge sharing and transfer sessions when required
